The Distance Learning Class----“Dealing With Special Diets In The School Cafeteria” will be held December 4, 2003, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm and is open to all Child Nutrition directors, managers, and other district personnel involved in the Child Nutrition records keeping process. It will provide information on:
· Dealing with texture modifications
· Dealing with food allergies
· Dealing with carbohydrate restricted and diabetic diets
Speakers will include Registered Dietitians with expertise in each topic area.
The registration fee is $10.00 for each participant. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, November 26. Handouts for the training will be mailed to all registered participants after the deadline.
Indicate the educational cooperative location on the registration form. The training will be cancelled at any site, which does not have a registered participant by the deadline. Copy and complete a separate registration form for each participant
