All of the required notices for the public hearing on the draft Rules and Regulations for Act 1116 of 2003 were not distributed statewide; therefore, the public hearing scheduled on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. has been cancelled. The public hearing will be rescheduled following the legally required public notice through a statewide newspaper. Additionally, a Director’s Memo including the newly scheduled time of the hearing and a copy of the draft rules will be sent to all public schools. The ADE apologizes for this oversight.
