Districts that received TWO-YEAR CONDITIONAL COURSE APPROVAL for courses submitted to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) for the 2003-2004 school year, must submit the requirements to ADE no later than JUNE 1, 2004, for FINAL APPROVAL STATUS. Please attach a copy of the Two-year Conditional Approval Status form. Please complete the additional information listed in the Final Course Approval Requirements attachment to this memo. The district received one of three possible responses: final approval, request for additional information, or disapproval. Districts will be notified in writing of the committee findings.
