The Department of Education announces a video conference to discuss Emergency Rules pursuant to the implementation of Act 60 of the Second Extraordinary Session of 2003, on Tuesday, March 2, 2004. The conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. Those interested in participating in the two-way interactive-video conference may do so at the regional service cooperatives or a local school district that is part of the Arkansas conference network.
