Anyone wishing to participate at an official viewing site must register with the Site Facilitator. There is a fee of $5.00 per person to cover the costs of duplication of participant packets, postage, etc. Make checks payable to the school district site Food Service Account. Due to the cost of the computer answer sheets used for program evaluation, NFSMI asks that each site be sent only the number of answer sheets for those registered to attend. Register with the Site Facilitator as soon as possible.
