On May 7, 2004, Dr. Anice Flowers, of American Guidance Service (AGS), will present two workshops at the Wildwood Center at 2402 Wildwood Avenue, in Sherwood, Arkansas.
The first workshop will commence at 9:00 AM and will consist of a presentation of the newly revised Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children (KABC-II). Dr. Flowers will discuss, in particular, its implications for educational programming and its use for children with diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
After lunch, from 1:30 to 3:30, Dr. Flowers will discuss the Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement (KTEA-II) and its relationship to the KABC. The KABC-II and the KTEA-II are co-normed and age ranges have been expanded from age 3 to age 18.
