Act 29 of the Second Extraordinary Session amended A.C.A. 20-7-135 (c) by clarifying that Arkansas Public Schools would be required to provide a separate student health report to parents regarding the student's annual body mass index percentile by age. This health report for Arkansas Public School students Grades K-12 would not be a part of the student's regular grade report card.
