Act 78 of the Second Extraordinary Session of the 84th General Assembly transferred the Department of Education Public School Self Insurance Programs for buildings and contents as well as vehicles to the Arkansas Insurance Department, Risk Management Division. This move has been completed effective March 23, 2004.
