The last submission day for the 'Application to Schedule Praxis III Performance Assessment' for Spring 2004, is April 16, 2004. The last day that an assessor can visit a school building is April 30, 2004. Praxis III results will be mailed out beginning May 10, 2004, to each novice teachers' home address. Novice teachers must ensure that home addresses are current in the on-line Candidate Profile.
