Pursuant to Rule 4.04 of the Emergency Rules Governing Administrative Consolidation or Annexation, this is notice that the Arkansas State Board of Education has scheduled the following hearing dates as attached to consider the voluntary petitions for administrative consolidation or annexation. In addition, the Arkansas State Board of Education has scheduled the following hearing dates to consider the administrative consolidation of those school districts failing to file a voluntary petition for administrative consolidation or annexation with a listed school district partner.
All interested parties are informed that hearings will begin at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled hearing date in the Arkansas Department of Education Auditorium in the Arch Ford Building located at #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. Interested parties are advised to arrive early to be present for the hearing of their case of interest since there is no predetermined time that a case might be heard by the Arkansas State Board of Education.
