In response to the Lake View ruling by the Arkansas Supreme Court, all school district facilities will be assessed between May and September 2004.
The DeJong Group has been contracted by the Joint Committee on Educational Facilities to serve as the Program manager for the facilities assessment.
The attachment provides information concerning the assessment process, the District Information Checklist, the pre-assessment phase, and the field assessment. This information is provided to assist schools in preparing for the pre-assessment visit.
