Director’s Memo SI-04-63 issued April 22, 2004 provides information for the September 8-9, 2004, ARKANSAS PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT FORUM – STEPPING OUT OF THE BOX.
The Arkansas Department of Education is now accepting registration for the forum; the registration form is attached to this Director’s Memo. The registration fee is $50.00 for the two-day forum. This will include two luncheons, Dr. Epstein’s session, and continental breakfast. Payment must accompany the registration form. There will be no on-site registration. If overnight stay is necessary, participants are responsible for making hotel reservation by calling the DoubleTree Hotel at 501-372-4371. The hotel has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate. Ask for the Parental Involvement Forum when reserving a room.
