The Statewide Information System (SIS) has been requested to pull the Certified Teacher Salary Schedule for FY 2003/2004 from each district’s database. This request was initiated by the Legislature in order to gain information regarding compliance with Act 74, an Act to Provide for Minimum Teacher Salaries.
The information must reflect final salaries, including any end-of-year retroactive pay rate raises for 2003-2004. Therefore, any information that has not been entered to reflect final salaries must be keyed into the system NO LATER than June 18, 2004.
Districts using the Pentamation Financial Management System will need to key in the three-digit/character code assigned to the district’s Certified Teacher Salary Schedule using the menu path below:

1. REPORTS
7. CERTIFIED SALARY SCHEDULE CODE
This will enable the SIS programmers to retrieve the correct salary schedule.
Non-Pentamation districts are required to provide the same information in the format provided as an attachment to this memo. The information is due to the SIS office no later than 5:00 p.m., June 18, 2004.
