The Arkansas State Board of Health has revised the Rules Pertaining to Immunization Requirements. The changes made are in Table II for Kindergarten Through Grade Twelve under Hepatitis B and Varicella Additional Requirements.

Please replace the former Immunization Rules with the revised September 2004 version. Please provide a copy of the Immunization Rules for all school nurses in the district.
