Director’s Memo SI-05-004, dated August 2, 2004, listed the Regulatory Authority for Gifted and Talented monitoring as Ark. Code Ann. §6-20-317. Please be advised that the Regulatory Authority was changed in the Second Extraordinary Legislative Session of 2003 to Ark. Code Ann. §6-20-2208. All other aspects of the Director’s Memo remain the same.
