Ark. Code Annotated § 6-16-122 as amended by Act 290 of 2003, requires public school districts to allow teachers to read or display certain documents of American or Arkansas History. Section (c) of this law states that a copy of the Ark. Code Annotated § 6-16-122 shall be distributed to the superintendent of each school district in the state by the Department of Education, whereupon the superintendents then shall provide a copy to each teacher and each school board member.
