Special Education Catastrophic Occurrence claims for 2004-05 will be filed on the Arkansas Department of Education Special Education website by May 2, 2005. The report site can be accessed through the MySped Resource link beginning April 18, 2005.

Although Catastrophic Occurrence claims for FY 2004-05 will not be due until May 2, 2005, school districts should begin using the attached claim worksheet now to identify allowable cost information on each Catastrophic Occurrence for which a claim will be submitted.
