Under separate cover, the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is mailing an updated list of Off-List Instructional Materials for grades K-8 and 9-12. The materials are on state contracts, but are not on the State-Adopted Instructional Materials List. State contracts were secured at the request of a local district or districts. The materials on the lists were not reviewed or evaluated by a state selecting committee; therefore, the materials do not signify or carry a state recommendation.
