A draft of the 2003-2004 school report card data is available for viewing on the NORMES Website at http://normes.uark.edu and clicking on School Performance and then School Report Card Drafts 2004. Additional data, including definitions, will be added to the site until all data used on the 2003-2004 report card is available for review.
If the data for a school or district is not correct as indicated, changes in the data may be requested by faxing the changes to Doris Stewart at 501-682-2514. Requested changes must be accompanied by supporting documentation. This documentation should include the source of the correct information and if appropriate the calculations used to determine the new data field. If the information is incorrect due to a data entry problem on APSCN, the original data should be submitted along with the correct data. Changes must be approved by the superintendent of the affected school district.
Corrections to data entry errors will be made at the school or district level and not at the unit level. Priority will be given to making corrections to data errors or calculations made by ADE and then to data entry errors made by the LEA.
All requests for corrections to the data must be received at the ADE by noon January 21, 2005.
