On Monday, January 10, 2005, the Arkansas State Board of Education approved for public comment the proposed Rules Governing the Certification of Continuing Professional Development of Child Nutrition Directors, Managers, and Workers.
On Wednesday, January 26, 2005, the Arkansas Department of Education will be holding a public hearing on the proposed rules beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the ADE Auditorium, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas. Comments may be made in person at that time.
Written comments should be submitted to Ms. Wanda Shockey, Director, Child Nutrition Unit, Arkansas Department of Education, 2020 West 3rd Street, Suite 404, Little Rock, AR 72205. The deadline for written comments is March 4, 2005.
