The Presidential Award includes:

(1) The unrestricted award of $10,000 cash to each teacher,
(2) Gifts from donors to the awardees and their schools,
(3) Recognition events in Washington, D.C. in March 2006, which will include:
a. an awards ceremony and presidential citation,
b. meetings with leaders in government and education,
c. sessions to share ideas and teaching experiences, and
d. receptions and banquets to honor recipients.

Applicants may download a personal copy of the application from the ADE attachment or from the NSF website, www.paemst.org.
