A.C.A.§6-13-1602, requires the Department to publish the list of school districts that have had fewer then three hundred and fifty (350) students in each of the two preceding years. This Director’s Memo is provided in compliance with this requirement.
The Sulphur Rock School District has had less than 350 student’s according to the district’s average daily membership for each of the past two years. The Sulphur Rock School District voluntarily annexed to the Batesville School District, effective for the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
