The Distance Learning Workshop entitled "Three Steps to Healthy School Meals: Additions to Menus, Recipes and Substitution Lists" will be held on March 3, 2005, from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The workshop will consist of a brief review of the Three Steps Menu System and will have additional menus, recipes and expanded substitution lists. Time will be allowed for a question and answer session.
The educational cooperatives that will be hosting the training sessions are listed on the registration form. Be sure to indicate on the registration form which educational cooperative location the participant will attend. The workshop will be open to all child nutrition directors and any other persons responsible for planning, preparing and serving menus. The registration fee is $10 for each participant.
Registration deadline for this workshop is February 25, 2005. Materials for registered participants will be mailed to the address on the registration form of each participant after the registration deadline.
The training will be cancelled at any site, which does not have a registered participant by the deadline. Please copy and complete a separate registration form for each participant.
