The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Office of Professional Quality Enhancement, is hosting the Bi-Annual Beginning Administrator/Mentor Training on Monday & Tuesday, July 18-19, 2005. This two-day training will be held at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock.
This training is for practicing administrators assigned to mentor a Beginning Building Level or Curriculum/Program Administrator for the 2005/2006 school year, and for the Beginning Administrators.
It is also for practicing administrators that need to obtain the training for future mentoring with beginning administrators. With a growing need for mentors, districts are encouraged to send administrators to this training. (Applications for mentors only will be accepted, in the order received, until all training slots are filled.)
Specific training information and the registration form is attached. Registration is required no later than Friday, June 17, 2005. Please return the attached form by fax to 501-682-5118.
