The Statewide Information System (SIS) has been requested to pull the Certified Teacher Salary Schedules for FY 2004/2005 from each district’s database. This request was initiated in order to gain information regarding compliance with Act 74 of the 2003 Second Extraordinary Session, as amended by Act 2130 of the 2005 Regular Session.
The APSCN pay rate screens must reflect final salaries, including any end-of-year retroactive pay raises for 2004/2005 NO LATER than 11:00 p.m. on June 24, 2005.
Districts using the Pentamation Financial Management System will need to key in the three-digit/character code assigned to each of the district’s Certified Teacher Salary Schedules (maximum of 12 schedules can be entered) as mentioned above using the menu path below:

A maximum of 12 schedules can be entered into the screen.
The three-digit salary codes are the names of the schedules in the HR Tables:

Entering the proper codes will enable the SIS programmers to retrieve the correct salary schedules.
