Act 1949 of 2005 is an act to provide career counseling for students and additional changes concerning academic advisement, interpretation of testing and dissemination, success in school, and career services and development. These changes should be reflected in each school’s written “Students Services Program.” A copy of Act 1949 is attached and will become effective on August 12, 2005.
