Act 1866 of 2005 amends Arkansas Code Annotated § 6-20-402 to allow school districts to finance the costs of issuance of postdated warrants, installment contracts, and lease purchase agreements. This provides school districts an additional method for paying the cost of issuance of the aforementioned debts. The Act has an emergency clause and therefore is effective immediately.
