Please be advised that Act 2165 of the 85th General Assembly, clarifies A.C.A. § 6-5-307 concerning the classroom teacher salary requirement as it relates to the educational excellence trust fund. Salary increases resulting from an increase in the educational excellence trust fund shall not include increments for experience or advanced hours or degrees.
