Due to the restrictions on the use of the categorical Student Special Needs funds, any balances remaining on June 30, 2005, will not be included in the calculation of each district's legal balance. This includes balances from National School Lunch Act revenues (SOF 281), Alternative Learning Environments revenues (SOF 275), English Language Learners revenues (SOF 276), and Professional Development revenues (SOF 223).
