Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 25-15-201, notice is hereby given that the Arkansas State Board of Education and the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) are considering the promulgation of repeals to current rules. A public hearing will be held on July 28, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201.
Repeals to be considered are:
* Rules for the Specifications Governing School Bus Design
* Rules and Regulations Governing Physical Examinations for School Bus Drivers
* Rules and Regulations Governing School Transportation Formula
* Rules and Regulations Governing Transportation Aid Expenditures
