This document constitutes official notice of the 2006 Title V, Part A, Innovative Programs allotments under No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. No individual Notice of Funds Allotment will be provided. Please keep a copy of this communication and the attachment in the district’s 2005-2006 audit file for the auditor to review.
The APSCN Source Code for Title V-A grants is 6520 and the Revenue Code is 45130.
Please note on the attachment that the 2006 allocation is shown in Column 3 and funds from the 2005 fiscal year’s reallocation are included in Column 4. The 2006 allocation from Column 3 will be entered in the ACSIP Title V budget as Annual Allotment. The 2005 Reallocation from Column 4 will be entered in the ACSIP Title V budget as Allotment Balance. Funds will be distributed after approval of the 2005-2006 ACSIP plan. The 2005 Reallocation funds became available because of the Arkansas Department of Education’s decision not to withhold the set asides for state activities, but to distribute the funds to local school districts.
