Dr. Darin Nutter of the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville) Mechanical Engineering Department has prepared a short, 4-minute survey for all Arkansas school superintendents. Dr. Nutter, in conjunction with the Arkansas Energy Office and the Department of Education, would like to better understand school districts’ needs related to reducing utility costs and satisfying the newly mandated 9% Maintenance & Operations (M&O) budget.
The survey will be e-mailed the week of August 15, 2005, and the heading will read: 4-minute survey on utilities and M&O budget. Please reply to the survey.
