On Monday, July 11, 2005, the Arkansas State Board of Education approved the Rules Governing Ethical Guidelines and Prohibitions for Educational Administrators, Employees, Board Members and other parties. The effective date of these rules is August 29, 2005. A copy of the rules and disclosure forms can be found on the Department of Education website at http://arkedu.state.ar.us/ under rules.
