The spreadsheet attached to this memo shows the data used and the amounts to be distributed as National School Lunch Act (NSLA) Growth Funding for the 2005-2006 fiscal year. The calculation of NSLA Growth Funding is based on Act 2283, Section 2, of the 85th General Assembly, Regular Session 2005, and the Arkansas Department of Education Rules Governing the Distribution of Student Special Needs Funding and the Determination of Allowable Expenditure of These Funds. This funding will be distributed in October 2005. The use of these funds is restricted. The revenue code is 32381 and the source of funds code is 281.
