Special Education discipline and exit data are collected each year during APSCN Cycle 7. The Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit must report these data to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) by November 1, 2005. To ensure the highest accuracy in data reporting to OSEP, the Special Education Unit provides districts an opportunity to review the Fiscal Year (FY) 2004-05 discipline and exit data.
Beginning September 7, 2005 districts can review and, in some cases, modify, the Special Education discipline and exit data through MySped Resource on the Special Education website at http://arksped.k12.ar.us/. Cycle 7 review tables for each district can be accessed from the Students option on the MySped Resource Menu bar.
