The Fiscal Year 2005-06 (FY06) Special Education Consolidated Application will be available on-line beginning October 3, 2005, and continuing through the October 28, 2005, budget preparation deadline. School districts (including open-enrollment charter schools), co-ops, and state operated programs will access Consolidated Application data and forms through each user’s MySped Resource account on the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Special Education website, http://arksped.k12.ar.us.
Financial information needed for school age and preschool special education budget preparation has been uploaded to each user’s MySped Resource account from APSCN Cycle 1. To the extent necessary, MySped Resource users may modify the FY06 special education budget; no changes are permitted to the Fiscal Year 2004-05 (FY05) Annual Financial Report.
All forms and materials necessary for completing and submitting the Consolidated Application will be available on the Special Education website as of September 29, 2005. These can be found by selecting “Read First” under the Support link on MySped Resource.
