Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Commission on Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation and the Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation is considering the promulgation of new rules. Public hearings on the proposed rules will be held on:

10:00 a.m. Rules Governing Academic Facilities Distress Program;
10:30 a.m. Rules Governing the Academic Facilities Partnership Program;
11:00 a.m. Rules Governing the Maintenance & Custodial Manual;
11:30 a.m. Rules Governing the Academic Equipment Program and Manual;
1:00 p.m. Rules Governing the Use of Construction Management as a Project Delivery Method;
1:30 p.m. Rules Governing the Use of Design-Build Construction by Public School Districts;
2:00 p.m. Rules Governing the Use of Public-Public Partnerships by School Districts;
2:30 p.m. Rules Governing the Retirement & Termination of Bonded Debt Assistance, General Facilities Funding & Supplemental Millage Incentive Funding;
3:00 p.m. Rules Governing the Ten Year Facilities Master Plan;
4:00 p.m. Rules Governing the Acquisition of Energy Conservation Measures for Public Schools.
