This Commissioner's Communication is presented at the request of the First Lady of Arkansas, Janet Huckabee.
There are two attachments. One is a letter to the principals to introduce the statewide campaign teaching parents and children the basic rules of Internet safety.
The second letter is directed to the parents to offer the opportunity to learn about additional resources available to assist in protecting children from online dangers.
