Arkansas Code Annotated з 6-18-1007 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) outlining the compliance with and implementation plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. ADE is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House Interim Committees on Education. The 2005-2006 annual reporting forms are attached and should be completed by each school counselor in each school building and returned by May 15, 2006 to: J.B. Robertson, Guidance/School Counseling Supervisor, AR Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 202-B, Little Rock, AR 72201.
