The Department of Education will hold a public hearing on the following proposed rules on February 16, 2006, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building:
· Proposed Repeal of Rule Governing Minimum Schoolhouse Construction Standards
· Proposed Repeal of Rule Governing the Acquisition of Energy Conservation Measures
· Proposed Rule Governing Required Training for School Board Members
· Proposed Rule Governing Consolidation or Annexation of Public School Districts and Boards of Directors of Local School Districts
