In compliance with the reporting requirements enacted by A.C.A. §6-20-2202, the Department of Education has reviewed the 2004-2005 actual and 2005-2006 budgeted data submitted by Arkansas public school districts, educational cooperatives, and open enrollment charter schools. The review is conducted to determine whether the requirements of state law and rules of the State Board of Education have been met.
Based on that review, the Department is providing the attached list of reports from public school districts, educational cooperatives, and open enrollment charter schools that have been identified as approved as a result of the 2005-2006 review:
