On Monday, January 9, 2006, the State Board of Education gave final approval to the attached Rules Governing Waivers of the Earnings Limitations Under the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.

Legislative Council reviewed these Rules on February 2, 2006, and the Final version of the Rules is attached. The Rules became effective on February 18, 2006.
