Act 1673 of 2005 established procedures for public school districts to offer surplus computers for loan to students. Information regarding the requirements of Act 1673 can be found in Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 6-17-118. A copy of the rule adopted by the State Board of Education regarding Act 1673 is attached.
