Current school district salary schedules shall be filed electronically in Excel format with the Department of Education.
A.C.A. § 6-17-201(d)(1)(A) states, "No school district shall receive in any year any additional state foundation funding from the Public School Fund until the district has filed electronically, by the established deadline, its current personnel policies in a format specified by the Department of Education, including the salary schedule as required by this subchapter.”
Act 19 of the First Extraordinary Session of 2006 revised the minimum teacher salary schedule for school years 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
School district personnel policies and salary schedules for both certified and classified employees were filed electronically with the Department of Education by September 15, 2005.
Any school district that has amended the salary schedule from the September 15, 2005, submission shall file the current salary schedule in Excel format with the Department of Education. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
The Excel formatted salary schedule may be submitted via disc, CD or email. Emails should be sent to Yvonne Williams at ywilliams@arkedu.k12.ar.us.
