The Commission for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation approved the following conditional lists of Academic Facilities Partnership Program projects at the May 1, 2006, Commission meeting.
The recommended approved project list is a tentative list based on the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation (DPSAFT) review to determine if projects were new construction projects for academic facilities. The list is subject to change before final notification is provided on or before July 1, 2006. Projects that include a comment will be reviewed further to validate project scope and DPSAFT staff will be working with districts to address and resolve the comments on the approved list before a final determination can be made. In addition to resolving the listed comments, the DPSAFT will be conducting further reviews to determine how requested projects support or do not support the districts’ master plans. Validation of project costs and scope will also continue.
The recommended disapproved project list is also a tentative list and is subject to change. Districts should review the comments on the disapproved project list and provide more information to the DPSAFT by May 15, 2006, if an additional review is requested.
