The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Child Nutrition Unit (CNU) will present a Distance Learning Workshop, “SPEEDING UP THE CHILD NUTRITION CLAIMING PROCESS” on Monday, May 15, 2006, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
During this Workshop, Robert Ginder will cover the Child Nutrition Monthly Claim for Reimbursement, as well as, commonly found errors on the claim form, and record keeping tips to remember. Donna Ratliff, Missy Harris, and Jimmy Burks will cover the CNU claim process and the edit checks that each claim must pass before payment can be made.
The Workshop is open to all Child Nutrition Directors, school district bookkeepers, or anyone that completes the monthly claim for reimbursement.

Each Educational Cooperative will conduct registration. To register, please contact the individual site of attendance BEFORE FRIDAY, MAY 12, 2006. The Workshop will be canceled at any site without participants registered by May 12, 2006.
