Attached is the list of 2005-2006 Unrestricted and Restricted Indirect Cost Rates for each Arkansas school district, charter school, and educational service cooperative. These rates have been calculated using 2003-2004 data as required by federal regulations.
Please print this Commissioner’s Communication along with the attached list of Indirect Cost Rates and place both in the district audit file. These rates are to be used for expenditures in the 2005-2006 school year. The rates for computing indirect cost reimbursement in the 2006-2007 school year will be issued prior to June 30, 2007.
