Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 6-18-1501 through 6-18-1506 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas State Board of Education and the Arkansas Department of Education are considering the proposal of a new Rule. The public hearing will be held on June 7, 2006, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education, #4 State Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR. The rule to be considered is: Rule Governing Eye and Vision Screening Procedures of School Aged Children.
Written comments should be mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Office of Legal Counsel, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 404-A, Little Rock, AR 72201, by June 16, 2006.
