The Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) officially released Cycle 7 for state reporting on Friday, May 26, 2006. The documentation and required forms for completing state reporting for Cycle 7 are on the APSCN website at http://www.k12.ar.us/apscndocs/sis.htm, under the heading “Current Cycle.”
Districts are requested to make certain all reports are printed and verified before submission.
Districts must print the Cycle 7 SIGNATURE PAGE from the APSCN website, have the superintendent sign the form, and mail it to the address indicated on the form. Also, the Cycle 7 CERTIFICATION OF DATA ACCURACY form must be printed, signed by the superintendent, and mailed to the address indicated on the form.
The deadline for submitting Cycle 7 is June 15, 2006. Those districts with year-round schools will have an extended deadline of June 30, 2006.
