The Statewide Information System (SIS) has been requested to pull the Certified Teacher Salary Schedules for the 2005-2006 school year from each district's database. This request was initiated in order to gain information regarding compliance with Act 74 of the 2003 Second Extraordinary Session, as amended by Act 2130 of the 2005 Regular Session and Act 19 of the 2006 First Extraordinary Session.
As of 11:00 p.m., June 28, 2006, the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) pay rate screens must reflect final annual salaries for 2005-2006, including any end of year retroactive pay raises. It is not necessary to have processed all payrolls for 2005-2006 as long as the pay rate screen accurately reflects the annual salaries that will be paid.
Districts using Pentamation's FinancePlus software will need to enter the three-digit character code assigned to each of the district's Certified Teacher Salary Schedules using the following menu path:

A maximum of 12 salary schedule codes can be entered on the screen.
The three-digit salary codes are the names of the schedules in the HR Tables:

The salary code entered must be the salary schedule on the employees' pay rate screen. The following information will be included on the special pull:

Annual Salary Per Pay Rate Screen
Base Salary Per Applicable Salary Schedule
Number of Days Per Applicable Salary Schedule
Contracted Salary Per Pay Rate Screen
Contracted Days Per Pay Rate Screen
Annual Salary Minus Base Salary Equals Additional Duty Pay
